The Raka Diamonds marketplace is for business customers only. To open a trade account you must operate a registered jewellery, diamond or related business and provide accurate company and contact details.

We may request trade references or documents to verify your business, and may decline or suspend accounts at our discretion. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

• Diamonds are listed by verified suppliers with lab certificates, images and videos where available.
• Prices are shown in USD, exclude applicable taxes and duties, and may change until an order is confirmed.
• Availability is not guaranteed until the supplier confirms your order.

Every confirmed order is inspected by Raka gemologists for certificate match, No BGM and eye-clean parameters before dispatch. If a stone fails inspection, we will offer a replacement or cancel that item at no cost to you.

• Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due before dispatch by bank transfer or approved payment methods.
• Approved partners may be offered 30-day credit or memo terms, subject to a separate credit agreement and limits.
• Title to goods passes to the buyer only once payment is received in full.

All shipments are fully insured until delivery to the address on your account. Risk passes to you on signed delivery. Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Returns are accepted within the period stated on your invoice, provided stones are unaltered, accompanied by the original certificate and returned through our insured logistics partners.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the invoice value of the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat, unless a separate written agreement specifies otherwise.
